EHCP-MATTERS was created from a real understanding of how overwhelming the SEND journey can feel for families.

Many parents find themselves navigating complex systems, unclear processes and difficult conversations while trying to protect their child’s wellbeing and education. It is easy to feel unheard, unsupported and unsure of what should happen next.

EHCP-MATTERS exists to bring clarity and calm into that space.

Built on both lived experience and practical advocacy knowledge, our approach focuses on helping families understand the system, organise information clearly, and move forward with confidence. We believe that when parents feel informed and supported, they are better able to advocate for the outcomes their child needs.
